What you'll do

Responsibilities

Create and update property listings
Manage CRM records and client database
Coordinate transaction paperwork and deadlines
Follow up with leads and past clients
Schedule showings and client appointments
What we're looking for

Requirements

Experience in real estate admin or a related support role
Familiarity with MLS systems and real estate CRMs
Excellent written English for client and agent communication
High attention to detail with paperwork and deadlines
Reliable internet connection
Bonus points

Nice to have

Experience with DocuSign or similar e-signature tools
Familiarity with kvCORE or Follow Up Boss
