We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented virtual assistant to support international clients with day-to-day admin, inbox management and general business support.

What you'll do

Responsibilities

Manage client email and calendar on a daily basis
Handle data entry, research and document preparation
Communicate professionally with clients and their contacts
Follow documented processes and flag anything unclear
Take initiative on recurring tasks without needing repeated instructions
What we're looking for

Requirements

At least 1 year of virtual assistant or admin support experience
Excellent written and spoken English
Comfortable with Google Workspace and common office tools
Reliable internet connection and a quiet home work setup
Available to work client business hours (AU, US or UK time zones)
Bonus points

Nice to have

Experience supporting international or Western clients
Familiarity with project management tools like Asana or Trello
