We're hiring a detail-driven bookkeeping virtual assistant to manage invoicing, reconciliations and day-to-day financial admin for small business clients.

What you'll do

Responsibilities

Raise invoices and follow up on overdue payments
Categorise expenses and reconcile accounts weekly
Prepare simple monthly financial summaries
Keep records organised and audit-ready
Flag unusual transactions for client review
What we're looking for

Requirements

Solid working knowledge of Xero or QuickBooks
Background in bookkeeping, accounting or finance admin
High attention to detail and comfort working with numbers daily
Good written English for client-facing updates
Reliable internet and a distraction-free home office setup
Bonus points

Nice to have

Bookkeeping certification or relevant coursework
