We're hiring an ecommerce virtual assistant to manage listings, orders and store operations for Shopify and Amazon sellers.

What you'll do

Responsibilities

Create and optimise product listings and descriptions
Process orders, refunds and returns
Update inventory levels and pricing across channels
Respond to product and shipping enquiries
Monitor and respond to product reviews
What we're looking for

Requirements

Hands-on experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or WooCommerce
Comfortable working with order management and inventory tools
Good written English for customer-facing messages
High attention to detail, especially with pricing and stock accuracy
Reliable internet connection
Bonus points

Nice to have

Experience with Etsy or eBay
Basic product photo editing skills
