We're looking for a friendly, patient customer service virtual assistant to handle support tickets and live chat for international clients.

What you'll do

Responsibilities

Respond to support tickets within target response times
Cover live chat during client business hours
Handle returns, refunds and common FAQs
Escalate complex or sensitive issues appropriately
Maintain and improve canned responses and macros
What we're looking for

Requirements

Previous customer service or support experience
Excellent written English and a calm, helpful tone
Comfortable with help desk tools (Zendesk, Gorgias, Intercom or similar)
Available to work client business hours, including possible evenings/weekends
Reliable internet connection
Bonus points

Nice to have

Experience in ecommerce or SaaS support
